UPWARD® Basketball and Cheerleading

UPWARD® SEARCY is a combined ministry of First Baptist Church, Valley Baptist Church, and West Race Baptist Church in Searcy. Over the past several years, hundreds of children in the Searcy area have participated in Upward Basketball and Cheerleading. REGISTRATION FOR THE 2009-2010
SEASON OF UPWARD BASKETBALL AND CHEERLEADING IS NOW CLOSED

Registration for the 2009-2010 Season of Upward Basketball and Cheerleading has officially closed. Thank to everyone who registered. You should be getting some additional information about the upcoming season before the end of November.

We are looking for great things to happen in Upward this year. We will have lots of fun playing basketball, cheerleading, and learning about Jesus Christ in a great family environment.

 

INFORMATION ABOUT THE 2009-2010 SEASON:

Upward Costs for 2009-2010	Basketball - $50 optional Upward shorts are an additional $15 Cheerleading - $55 optional Upward turtleneck is an additional $15
IMPORTANT! EARLY REGISTRATION RUNS THROUGH OCTOBER 22	In order to pay the amounts listed above, you MUST register BY OCTOBER 22, 2009. If you register later than October 22, the cost increases by $10 (Basketball-$60 and Cheerleading-$65). REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER OCTOBER 30, 2009.

Important Reminder	ALL players and cheerleaders MUST attend a Player Evaluation/Orientation Time every year.

October 19 2009	Player Evaluations at Valley Baptist Church 5:30 - 8:00pm All players MUST attend ONE evaluation session
October 20 2009	Player Evaluations at Valley Baptist Church 5:30 - 8:00 pm
October 22 2009	Player Evaluations at Valley Baptist Church 5:30 - 8:00 pm
November 30 2009	Practices Begin
January 9 2010	First Game Day of the 2009-2010 Upward Season
February 27 2010	Final Game Day of the 2009-2010 Upward Season
March 2 2010	Upward Arards Night at First Baptist Church, Searcy
